IntRNA is constructed to enable the online services of (1) providing RNA encoding features (D-features and G-features) which are applied to generate the encoding strategy of intRNA and (2) realizing the most comprehensive multi-hierarchical RNA classification (RNA coding potential mining, systematic annotation of sncRNAs, and differentiation of linear and circular lncRNAs) based on deep learning. Therefore, users can get the encoding results, RNA encoding maps and RNA classification results from our server, which can be directly used for research of artificial intelligence.


Browser and Operating System (OS) Tested for Smoothly Running IntRNA:

IntRNA is constructed based on Tornado, a python framework. It is free and open to all users with no login requirement and can be readily accessed by a variety of popular web browsers and operating systems as shown below.
