RNA file A must be in the format of fasta. It's important to note that the name of RNA fasta file must end with ‘A’, such as ‘sampleRNAfileA.fasta’. RNA fasta file A could be downloaded and the fasta file format could be checked.

Protein file B must be in the format of fasta. It's important to note that the name of protein fasta file must end with ‘B’, such as ‘sampleProteinfileB.fasta’. Protein fasta file B could be downloaded and the fasta file format could be checked.

For the RNA-Protein interacting file, it must be csv format and its name can only be ‘RNA-Protein-Interacting.csv’. In the RNA-Protein interacting file, the sequence ID of RNA files A and protein B are required in the first and second columns, while the third column is the label which the column name can’t be changed.
