RNA file A must be in the format of fasta. It's important to note that the name of RNA fasta file must end with ‘A’, such as ‘sampleRNAfileA.fasta’. RNA fasta file A could be downloaded and the fasta file format could be checked.

Small molecules should be upload as smile files, such as ‘small molecules.smi’. Small molecule file B could be downloaded.

For RNA-small molecule interacting, it must be csv format and its name can only be ‘RNA-small-molecule-Interacting.csv’. In the RNA-small molecule interacting file, the sequence ID of RNA files A and small molecule B are required in the first and second columns, while the third column is the label which the column name can’t be changed.
